Our January class had many tasty moments as we learned about new ingredients, where to get them and how to make them we enjoyed some fresh ingredients.  Dr. Vradenburg and Deb Vradenburg, had a great time showing us how to have whole foods that not only taste good, but a very good for you.  Weight loss, better health, and more energy are the results of this type of cooking.    In Feb., we are doing sprouts with Stephen Keith.  He will show you how to make dishes that are delicious and full of great nutrition.    We meet at the kitchen in Dixie Middle School at 6pm.   Bring a $5 donation for food and learn how to fix whole foods another way.  Pulling away from traditional cooking and  trying to eat more raw, whole foods will greatly do some nice things to your body.  Come and join us for these fabulous lessons for a nominal cost.
